Pasquale has a Guardian Angel who follows him around and keeps a watchful eye on him. Obviously, part of his job is to protect Pasquale from those things that go bump in the night among other scary things. It's also his angel's job to help build the world in which Pasquale lives. He often takes credit for building the beach, the rainbows and other natural wonders. However, he is not above using his talents for the sole purpose of keeping Pasqual entertained.
